When our second buyer fell through, I thought we were stuck. Nik just rolled up her sleeves and got back to work marketing the house aggressively. What I appreciated most was how she handled all the details without us having to worry about every little thing. She brought in the right people for repairs and kept us calm when things felt overwhelming. I'd definitely work with Nik again.

After our house expired with another agent, Nik got it sold above asking in just 3 days with a completely new strategy. We were also buying at the same time which made everything more complicated, but Nik stayed ahead of potential problems before they could trip us up. Nik and Tyler are the ALL-STAR team for real estate in the greater Nashville area. They came highly recommended from our selling agent in San Diego and after meeting them, we knew they were the right pick. Very responsive and always asking the right questions. Dec 2025We sold our house in the Portland area with Nik and TJ. We interviewed other agents, but knew instantly that we would list with Nik after meeting her. Her team’s video and pictures of our house made us incredibly proud to have owned it. We had some bumps in the road, but they helped us navigate and get top dollar. If we ever buy again in TN, Nik and TJ will be who we call.

Feb 2026We had the best realtor experience with Nik & TJ. We were recommended by our realtor selling our house in Texas and upon the first meeting, we knew we were in good hands. We thought being out of state was going to make the process stressful, but this team made it anything but. They were very detailed and thorough in their search for us, they responded quickly and answered any and all questions (and believe me, we had many!) When it came time to tour houses, we spent a week in town (with our two littles, 5 and 1) and they made the process so smooth for us. They went above and beyond for ALL of us to make sure we had everything we needed for the long days of house hunting. Even though we’ve closed on our house, they continue to connect with us.
