After our house expired with another agent, Nik got it sold above asking in just 3 days with a completely new strategy. We were also buying at the same time which made everything more complicated, but Nik stayed ahead of potential problems before they could trip us up. Nik and Tyler are the ALL-STAR team for real estate in the greater Nashville area. They came highly recommended from our selling agent in San Diego and after meeting them, we knew they were the right pick. Very responsive and always asking the right questions.
